The plans for Lyyra are made public by the Helsinki Urban Environment committee.
2020
Demolition of the buildings at Toiner Linja 7 and Siltasaarenkatu 13 started as planned in January.
2023
Lyra’s goal is to be completed in stages by the end of 2023: the office building will be completed in the spring of 2023, and the construction of the hotel and apartment lot will be completed at the turn of 2023-2024.
