A historic property in the heart of Helsinki

Kaivokatu 12, 00100 Helsinki

Armaan kulma, designed by architect Armas Lindgren, was completed in 1914. It represents Baroque-style Classicism and is clad in granite from Kökar. It was originally constructed for the insurance company Kaleva, which is why it is also known as the Kaleva Building.

In this magnificent and iconic landmark in the heart of Helsinki, modern working life and distinguished history come together in a way you’ve never experienced before. Armaan kulma offers unique office spaces as well as various meeting, conference, and lobby areas. Floor sizes range from approximately 250 m² to 800 m², making the premises ideal for companies of different sizes.

The bright spaces make it easy to arrange catering and remote meetings, and you can welcome your clients in the beautifully designed lobby featuring unique details. In addition, your workplace is surrounded by the best services the city centre has to offer.

The property is located directly opposite the Central Railway Station, with tram and bus connections literally departing from the front door. All city-centre services are just steps away. Right next to the offices, the new NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa hotel—continuing the legacy of the historic Seurahuone—opened in spring 2024.
