Pekka Huotari to take charge of Ylva’s finances

Pekka Huotari has been named as Ylva’s Group Treasurer. Huotari is coming to Ylva from Cramo, where his responsibilities included arranging financing for the company’s investments and acquisitions. Huotari will start in his new position on 14 August 2023.
Pekka Huotari, MSc (Econ), will be coming to Ylva to take up the position of Group Treasurer. In his new position, Huotari will be responsible for the Group’s financing arrangements and managing related risks and costs.

Huotari brings with him extensive expertise and a vision of how to utilise different instruments and arrangements in the current interest rate environment. Huotari has experience in arranging financing for investments and real estate projects. Previously, he has worked at companies such as Cramo, SATO and the energy company E.On.

However, I have faith that the excellent locations of Ylva’s properties and the company’s investments in sustainability provide a stable foundation in terms of the properties’ funding.
