Privacy policy of the notification channel

Updated: 5 February 2024

Processing of personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with data protection principles. The data is collected for a specific, explicit purpose and will not be further processed in any way that is incompatible with those purposes. Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently for the data subject. Personal data is adequate, relevant and necessary for the purposes for which it is collected, i.e. for the use of the reporting channel.

By default, a report submitted via the notification channel does not contain any personal information about the person making the report, unless the person explicitly provides it. The reporting guidelines state that the submission of a report does not require, for example, that the person provide any personal data.

Data security is ensured in the processing of personal data. Data is protected against unauthorised and unlawful processing. The data controller ensures that data is not lost, destroyed or accidentally damaged. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used for data protection.
